The Annandale Observer is not currently digitized, however a volunteer on this project is manually searching the physical copies of this paper stored at The Devil’s Porridge Museum. Mundell was mentioned in the AO on 18/01/1918 at p. 4 and column 6. He was described as a driver under the title ‘Accident at railway station’
