John Brown last address 39 Swans Vennel, Dumfries sailed on Regina (White Star Line) from Greenock to Quebec/ Montreal on 29 May 1926. John moved to Frontenac, Ontario, Married Evelyn Morris on 1st December 1927. He lived all his life in Kingston where he passed away 02/02/1978.

SS Montcalm

Alexander Brown last address 39 Swans Vennel, Dumfries sailed on Montcalm (Canadian Pacific) from Greenock to St Johns, New Brunswick on 26 March 1927. Alexander moved to Kingston, Ontario and married Elizabeth Preston McGinnes on 20 October 1927. He was witness to both his Mum and Dad’s death certificates. He died 06/05/1951

RMS Doric

Robert Gordon Brown last address 39 Swans Vennel, Dumfries sailed on Doric (White Star Line) from Greenock to Quebec/ Montreal on 17 April 1927. Robert moved to Kingston, Ontario and was living at 101 Queen Street, Kingston when he died on December 8, 1927, whilst as an in-patient at Kingston General Hospital, Frontenac, Ontario.
RMS Letitia

Phebie, Jessie, Mary and Isabella Brown last address 39 Swans Vennel, Dumfries sailed on Letitia (Anchor Donaldson Line) from Glasgow to Quebec/ Montreal on 17 October 1927. They all then went to 101 Queen Street, Kingston.
Phebie died in 1941 in Kingston.
Mary, married Allen David Miller on 4 September 1928 in St Andrews Church, Kingston moved to New York City and lived amongst other addresses at 255 46th Street, Brooklyn, NYC and 11226 Brooklyn, Kings, NYC until 17 November 1990 when she died.
Jessie married Clyde Dickens on 24 October 1928 stayed in Canada, moving to Ottawa, passing away 31/03/1987.
Isabella married Frederick Sandford Delaney on 5th January 1938 in Gananoque, Leeds County, later Leeds Greville, Ontario. It appears Frederick & Isabella lived most of their lives in Gananoque. She passed away on 2nd January 1988 being buried in the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
