Trivia / any other information:
Unfortunately whilst we know of Constance’s early life, after 1921 no confirmed details were found.
She was born in 1893 to Frederick Edward & Louisa who had married a year or two earlier. Her sister Lillian arrived in 1898. Frederick was involved in the silk industry but by the 1911 census, Louisa their mother had passed away resulting in on both the 1911 and 1921 census either no occupation shown or ‘home duties’.
Constance appears on several documents relating to HM Cordite Factory, Gretna but after the 1921 census, she either emigrates or has a name change as no further facts were discovered.
