Trivia / any other information:

Frederick was a grocer (1881 & 1891), whilst Robert was at school, 6 years old.

At 15 years, Roberts father died in 1898, Frederick was only 35 years.

He also lost a cousin during WW1.

Robert became an electrician and had a company in Carlisle for a few years after WW1, then moved to Newcastle with his wife Mary & family.

On the 1939 Register, Roberts occupation is an electrical engineer & lighting. His family remained in Newcastle, with the last found electoral register entry being on Strathmore Crescent in 1953
