1891- living at 9, Legrand Street, Horton, Bradford. 3rd of 3 children. Father a plumber.

 

1901- 36, Washington Street, Bradford. Father a plumber.

 

1911- colour maker at carpet works. Boarder at 13 York Terrace, Arkroyden, Halifax.

 

1915 – married Hilda Radcliffe at Halifax. A daughter born on October 1926 subsequently died.

 

WW1- employed as a chemist living at 24 The Rand, Eastriggs. (Electoral register along with wife) His address appears in The Dornock Farewell as Washington Street, Bradford.

 

1921 – Walter and Hilda are on the record in Stoke-on Trent

 

1939- 33 Emery Avenue, Newcastle-under-Lyme, am analytical chemist explosive glycerine. 1 daughter born in 1928.

 

26th July 1961 died at Stoke-on-Trent aged 74
