William Dobree [Dobie] Bridgman was born at Little Easton, Essex in June 1863 to William Bridgman and Ann nee Dobree.
1871- Park House, Little Easton. Father a park keeper. 2nd of 3 children plus 2 servants residing
1881- Railway porter lodging in Marylebone, London
26th June 1890 married Elizabeth Ann Brown at Battersea. Banns show him living at 14 Martin’s Road, Bromley , a police officer, 27. Elizabeth is 19.
1891 – – 5 Weston Grove, Bromley , a constable with Met. Police
1901- 8 Warner Road, Bromley. Policeman. 2 sons and 12 daughters
1911- 10 St Mary’s Road, Eastbourne. Police pensioner. Have had 5 children, 4 surviving. 4 rooms.
