When is Cordite Club?
Cordite Club will be returning on Monday 11th May 2026.
This runs fortnightly outside of the school holidays from 1pm to 3pm.
What is Cordite Club?
Our Cordite Club is fortnightly lunchtime club for retired people who take part in bingo or tombola and an activity which changes each time. This is £4 per person.

What’s Coming Up at Cordite Club?
The following dates are when our Cordite Club is coming up. We’ll share more details about what to expect at these sessions soon!
- Monday 11th May 2026. – Dairy stories and butter making.
- Monday 15th May 2026. – Crafting activity making artworks with buttons and canvas.

Monday 1st June 2026. – Bagpipes in history and folklore, with stories and music.
- Monday 15th June 2026. – Crime and Punishment in 19th century Dumfriesshire.
- Monday 29th June 2026. – Medieval Annandale. Kings, castles, saints and stones.
