The Devil’s Porridge Museum is proud to be working with Eastriggs Community Group to present a VE Day Scarecrow Competition.
This will be running from 5th to 11th May 2025.
We’re asking local residents of Eastriggs to make and display your own VE Day themed scarecrow in their garden.
There will be a prize for the best scarecrow!
We now have broom handles and straw at The Devil’s Porridge Museum to help people make their own scarecrows. Call The Devil’s Porridge Museum on 01461 700021 to arrange collecting these materials.

Please be aware that by taking part in this activity you agree for photographs to be taken of your scarecrow and shared on The Devil’s Porridge Museum’s website and social media pages.
