Join the Bee Festival and learn about the important role bees play in climate change and their contributions during the world wars.
The workshop will take place on Saturday, August 19th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The Bee Festival will offer a range of activities:
- Honey tasting
- Candle making
- Historical items
- Trying on beekeeper suits
- Observing a virtual hive
- Purchasing honey and beeswax products
- Observing live bees in an observation hive
- Receiving free wildflower seeds
- Participating in children’s activities
- Competitions and prizes.
