Join us for The Piper’s Tale, a special presentation on International Bagpipe Day when we’ll explore the history and folklore of bagpipes.  This event will include the First World War story of Pipe Major Robert McKenzie of Annan whose memorial is in the museum.  You can also discover some historic bagpipe carvings including examples from Dumfries and Galloway, and enjoy performances from pipers in The Devil’s Porridge Museum’s team.

This talk is free, though donations to the museum would be welcome.  No need to book, just turn up on the day.

Please be aware that usual admission prices do apply for anyone wishing to explore The Devil’s Porridge Museum.
