Jeanie Armstrong

Jeanie Armstrong born c.1895 was a Dornock-born-and-bred Gretna Girl. Family history has both Jeanie and her sister Annie “working with cordite” at HM Gretna.

1901 – Jane was 5 years old and is listed as being a Scholar. She lived at Moorhouse in Dornock, Dumfriesshire, Scotland.

1919 – Jane married Henry Newenham Scott Harvey on 8^th September of that year.

She died died on 19^th November 1968 at age of 73 years. Jane is buried at Dornock Cemetery.
